We developed an LLM-based AI agent to automatically sort, categorize, and summarize global warranty claims and workshop reports.
​
To achieve this, we built an embedding pipeline to vectorize the claims and reports, enabling more efficient data processing.
​
A RAG system was then implemented on top of the vectorized data, allowing natural language queries for enhanced accessibility and faster decision-making.
The AI agent streamlined operations and reduced overhead, positively impacting the work of over 200 employees across the organization.
